Millenium Nutrients Custom Formula
Millenium Custom Formula nutrients are designed for plants that are heavy feeders such as hops, peppers, or tomatoes. The Custom Formula line is comprised of four products: Fulcrum (the central nutrient), and Spring, Summer and Autumn (the seasonal nutrients). Plants have different nutritional needs in their different growth cycles (seasons). In order for a nutrient line to be effective it must address these seasonal dietary requirements.
By altering the ratios of Micro to Minor to Major elements as the plant grows, we provide the specific diets plants want and need in each of their different growth seasons. Millenium accomplishes this by combining the central nutrient (Fulcrum) with the three different seasonal nutrients (Spring, Summer, Autumn) over the course of a plants life. Fulcrum contains the baseline elements needed throughout a plant's life, and Spring, Summer and Autumn each contain custom micros designed for their specific stage of growth. By structuring the nutrient line in this way, you are able to provide a balanced seasonal diet that is essential for your plants to maximize their potential.
The Custom Formula Product Line
The Custom Formula product line allows for flexibility in complete feeding of all plant types, and in normal to custom growing regimes. The Custom Formula nutrients are designed to be "stress less", because they provide plants with the necessary elements at the necessary times without forcing the plant to exercise by shifting elements internally.
Millenium Fulcrum is the central nutrient and contains calcium, nitrogen, potassium and the other baseline microelements necessary for plant growth. Fulcrum is to be used throughout the crop cycle in conjunction with the appropriate crop phase Seasonal Nutrient (Spring, Summer and Autumn). Fulcrum is made in both soft and hard water formulas. The soft water version has specific added minerals to help make up for what has been removed by reverse osmosis filtration, and/or distillation. The hard water version of Fulcrum has reduced mineral content to compensate for the "hardness" in native water, particularly CaCO3. It also contains specific chelates to make hard water minerals available to plants. Please consult the product labels or the Plant Specific Dosage Chart for specific dosing recommendations.
Millenium Spring is the "grow" type nutrient that is combined with Fulcrum. Spring is the seasonal nutrient for starting plants, and feeds plants what is specifically needed during the two to sixteen leaf stage of life. Spring is custom blended to be a moderate fertilizer with specific micro-nutrients for initial plant frame and root development, and provides a nutritional springboard for the rest of a plant's life. The combination of Fulcrum and Spring is used for the phase of growth between cuttings/seedlings and the serious vegetative stage of plant growth. Spring can also be used at half strength by itself for seedlings, cuttings, and transplants. Please consult the product labels or the Plant Specific Dosage Chart for specific dosing recommendations.
Millenium Summer is the "grow" type nutrient that is combined with Fulcrum, and replaces Spring. Summer is the seasonal nutrient for adolescent plants and feeds plants what is specifically needed during the sixteen leaf to full canopy development stage of life. Summer and its special micronutrient blend is for developing and maturing a rapid, robust vegetative cycle of plant growth and flower/fruit sizing for greater dry weight yield. Summer, used with the central nutrient Fulcrum, should be used until the plant's frame and foliage are sized up, the light interval diminishes and the bloom/fruit phase of growth begins. Summer has been designed so that in addition to normal root feeding, it can be foliar fed. Foliar feeding is done to prevent the slowing of growth if and when the roots become a bottleneck during explosive vegetative production. Summer allows plants to build a balanced carbohydrate reserve to be drawn upon during the crop's sexual maturation and production phase. Millenium Autumn is the "bloom" type nutrient that is combined with Fulcrum, and replaces Summer. Autumn is the seasonal nutrient for adult plants and feeds plants what is specifically needed during the fruit or flowering stage of life. Autumn is a well-balanced plant diet with micronutrients that provide plants what they need to produce lipids, oil essences and complete amino acids for protein production. Autumn, used with the central nutrient Fulcrum, is used from the stage of a fully developed plant with a mature frame and a complete leaf canopy until harvest (or until the Enhancement product, Twilight, is used - please read the section on Twilight for details). Autumn is a nutrient that is used to reduce plant vigor, ripen flowers/fruit and maintain health. Autumn should be fed when and as you would a "bloom" nutrient for the final maturing of plants.
